We’re back in John 21 as Pastor Donnie continues this series with Follow Me. In John 21:18–19, Jesus speaks to Peter about the difficult road ahead and the cost that would come with faithfully following Him. Though Peter had once lived freely and on his own terms, Jesus revealed that a time was coming when his faith would require complete commitment and sacrifice. Yet even knowing Peter’s future, Jesus still gave the same invitation: “Follow Me.” This message challenges us to consider our own obedience to Christ and encourages us to live in a way that points others to Him and glorifies His name.
